When is the Best Time to Go to Greece?

The best time of the year to visit Greece depends on some factors like weather, budget, and crowds. If you are concerned about its climate, it actually has a mild climate but there are parts where in the winters are harsh and summers are short. The best months to see the Greece Islands, especially Santorini are May, June, early July, September, and October. Avoid the peak season (July 20th-August 20th) because many tourists go there and prices are usually high. The weather also becomes rough during this season. March, April, May, June, September, and October are the best months to visit the mainland. The months of July and August are very warm and busy.
