The major consideration before visiting Egypt is actually the weather because it can get really hot in summer. If you want to avoid the inconvenience brought by the summer heat, consider going there in the months of October to May. The temperatures are more friendly and tolerable. The nights are cool but the days can get sunny and hot. If you plan to swim in the Mediterranean Sea, avoid going there between December and February because it is quite cold and rainy. During March to May, dust storms may be experienced. The best months to visit Egypt are between November and March where the days are cooler.
